This note is sent to CAMIC members from Ontario
Bill 168, the Occupational Health and Safety Amendment Act (Violence and Harassment in the Workplace) became law on December 10, 2009. Ontario workplaces have until June 15, 2010 to ready their workplaces, policies, programs and practices to ensure compliance with these provisions.
In preparation for this implementation, TwoGreySuits has developed a series of templates. As every CAMIC member has access to the TwoGreySuits Web Site, they also have access to the attached documents. The documents are in WORD format, thereby allowing you to put your logo on top of the documents and to customize them as needed.
